Thebarton Campus is a unique mixed use precinct of 28 buildings consisting of office, industrial and retail. Set on four hectares of land the buildings are a mix of older style local and state heritage buildings mixed with buildings developed in the 80’s and 90’s.

A Development strategy to gradually reposition portion of the Site referred to as Superlot 3 and 4 and buildings through attracting new modern tenants and sub division of the land to facilitate residential infill development.

Working with local Council and project consultants to facilitate new River Torrens boardwalk and path along the south portion of River Torrens fronting the site.

Creation of 4 residential apartment development sites and repositioning of existing local heritage listed buildings.
