A new Leasing strategy was implemented and involved a refurbishment of the ground level building foyer and entrance and provision of end of trip facilities. A staged upgrade of bathroom facilities is underway and refurbishment of vacant areas undertaken.
AMP (Super Concepts) were secured to a long term lease over Level 1 and Level 2 taking up 1,800 sqm. State Government were recommitted to the building and taking up additional space resulting in a 3,000 sqm lease.
