A 4,200 sqm office building purchased 100% vacant by Australasian Property Developments. UPS provided Transactional Management and Leasing strategy services. A mid-range refurbishment project was undertaken providing refurbished foyer and café to the ground level. Utilising a hybrid leasing strategy the building was leased successfully to 100% occupancy within 12 months.
The result being 11 separate leasing transactions, with a mix of new fit out and refurbishment of existing fit out.
Tenants included Fyfe Surveyors, Communet, Crawford Loss Adjustors, Nerium Cosmetics, Hendry Group, Imagine Finance, Slater and Gordon Lawyers and Pacific International.
