169 Pirie Street, Adelaide

Service: Pre Commitment Leasing and Leasing

Australasian Property Developments purchased the 12,000 sqm office building 100% vacant.

Channel Nine were secured on a 15 year lease taking 30% of the building and involved constructing new studios to the ground level as a feature of the refurbishment and significant infrastructure upgrade, additional leasing was undertaken through to 100% occupancy.


32 West Thebarton Road, Thebarton

A multi-tenanted industrial premises; Upstream Property incorporated our range of services including strategy, leasing and property management.

Coordinating landlord works, completing leasing transactions and bringing the asset to a fully let basis is a great example of combining our leasing expertise with a strategic leasing plan.


16-20 Coglin Street, Adelaide

Service: Leasing

A mixed use building speculatively built by the Kyren Group. Navitas Educational Group were secured to 100% of the commercial component of the building executing a long term 15 year lease.


70 Franklin Street, Adelaide

Service: Pre-Commitment Leasing and Leasing

A 20,000 sqm office building developed by the Kyren Group on a smaller pre-commitment to Piper Alderman solicitors.  Seven tenants were secured to the building including Price Waterhouse Coopers leasing 2,000 sqm and taking naming rights.

6,000 sqm was leased to the Commonwealth Government through an extensive public tender campaign.

A whole floor of 1,300 sqm was leased to Austereo on a 15 year lease including the construction of Radio studios.


400 King William Street, Adelaide

Service: Pre Commitment Leasing and Leasing

A 22,000 sqm A grade office development was developed in 2009 by the Kyren Group.

Wallmans Lawyers and State Government were secured as pre commitment tenants to the building anchoring the development. 12 tenants in all were secured to the building resulting in 100% occupancy.


153-159 Port Road, Hindmarsh

Service: Pre Commitment Leasing and Leasing

The project undertaken by the Mossop Group involved the development of 3 separate boutique office buildings and deck car park.

Hills Industries were secured to lease 159 Port Road committing to 3,000 sqm on a long term 10 year lease.

153 Port Road was 100% leased to Boral Industries taking up the whole of the building being 1,600 sqm on a long term 10 year lease.
